Tile Roof Restorations

Our tile roof restorations follow a proven three‑step process designed to protect and refresh your home:

Phase 1 – Pressure clean: High‑pressure wash to remove dirt, moss, lichen and debris from all tiles.
Phase 2 – Repairs & maintenance: Replace broken or cracked tiles and attend to necessary repairs so the roof is sound.
Phase 3 – Sealing & coating: Apply one coat of roof sealer and two coats of premium roof paint membrane for long‑lasting protection and a fresh, modern finish.
Result: An immaculate finish at a fraction of the cost of a re-roof, backed by a 10 year product guarantee and a 7 year workmanship guarantee.

Roof Plumbing

We supply and install complete roof plumbing systems from the roof edge to ground level, using quality Colorbond / Durakote Steel and compatible components. That includes:

Steel fascia – neat, durable fascia to support your guttering and finish the roofline. We can install standalone steel fascias or covers for your existing timbers
Gutters – new or replacement gutters sized and installed for proper water flow
Downpipes – correctly positioned and connected downpipes to direct water safely away from your home

New Tile & COLORBOND® Roofs

Whether you’re building new or replacing a tired, leaking roof, we offer full tile and COLORBOND® roof installations. Our team handles the entire process so you end up with a high‑performance roof that looks sharp, improves street appeal and adds long‑term value to your property.

A typical new or replacement roof includes:

Removal of the old roof
Installing new roof battens
Installing new sarking or insulation blanket
Installing new tiles or COLORBOND® roof sheets
Installing new flashings and/or cappings

The truth is, you could go to any roofing company in Sydney, and many of them will provide you with the results you're after. As a small business however, Altair Roofing has unparalleled attention to detail with every project we engage with. So if any of the following points apply to you, we're probably not the right fit:

If you’re not after an honest, detailed assessment. Our inspections are thorough and our recommendations are based on what your roof actually needs. If you’d prefer a rough guess over the phone or a one‑line quote with no detail, we’re probably not the right choice.
If you’re chasing the cheapest quote. We’re rarely the lowest price. We use quality materials, take the time to do things properly and stand behind our work with long warranties. If you just want the quickest, cheapest fix, we’re probably not your best option.
If you're after a quick patch‑up. We’re happy to do targeted repairs, but we won’t recommend band‑aid solutions that we know won’t last. If you’re only looking for the absolute minimum to get by for a few months, you probably won't accept our quote.
If you don’t care who’s on your roof. We take safety, licensing and workmanship seriously. If you’re comfortable with unlicensed crews or jobs with no paper trail, we’re not your roofer.
